• Commercial information (e.g., records of Services purchased or considered).

• Internet or network activity (e.g., device identifiers, IP address, log data, browsing events, pages viewed).

We collect Personal Data from:

• You when you create an account, submit a profile, resume or application, or communicate with us.

• Your devices, via cookies and similar technologies.

• Referrers, hiring partners, and clients who suggest candidates or provide feedback; your current and previous employers, your references, background check providers, and third-party websites and services like job boards.

We use Personal Data to:

• Provide and operate the Services (e.g., create/manage accounts, match, market and place candidates, process transactions).

• Facilitate recruiting and placements (e.g., introductions to clients, interviews, feedback, offers).

• Personalize content and improve the Services (including testing, research, and analytics).

• Communicate with you about accounts, features, updates, and service notices.

• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; resolve disputes.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; however, you may use available global privacy controls or opt-out tools where applicable.

We implement technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Logging out after use

Data Breach Notification

Candidates in India have the right to:

• Delete their Personal Data
• Withdraw consent regarding their Personal Data

Sensitive Personal Data is collected only where legally justified. Your data may be transferred internationally with lawful safeguards.

Candidates may request:

• Access to their Personal Data
• Correction of their Personal Data
• Deletion of their Personal Data
• Objection to processing

We obtain consent where required and maintain appropriate security measures. Data may be transferred internationally in accordance with National Privacy Commission guidelines.

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16.

If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided Personal Data may contact us as set out in Section 17 below.

We may transfer, store, and process Personal Data in countries other than where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect Personal Data.
